When you book directly with The Barn Tempsford you will get the best available rates and a few added extras to enhance your stay with us. It's the simplest way to enjoy everything the Barn has to offer.
We have a minimum stay of 2 nights to help you relax and make the most of your visit.
If you’re looking for a last-minute one-night stay feel free to get in touch, we may be able to accommodate this at a slightly higher nightly rate depending on availability.
Check-in: from 4pm
Check-out: by 10am
Early check-in or late check out may be available on request at £10 per hour depending on availability. Book direct with us and choose between an early check in at 3pm or a late check out at 11am. Just let us know nearer to your booking what you would prefer.

How to Book
A 50% deposit secures your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before arrival.

Damage Deposit (Direct Bookings Only)
For bookings made directly (not through Airbnb), we require a £200 refundable damage deposit.
This is returned within 24 hours of departure, once housekeeping has completed their checks.
